| NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT -- This is a NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit on an item that is being researched or is a SPECIAL ORDER and/or will be ordered. The Deposit will be made by the Potential BUYER/CUSTOMER prior to any research by BATTLEBOY SURPLUS and it's ASSOCIATES. The Deposit is to cover the Time, Effort and Expenses spent researching a product. If the item is found and approved by the Seller, this money, minus $25.00, will be applied towards the cost of the item. In the event that the item is not found by BATTLEBOY SURPLUS, the Deposit, Minus $25.00 (U.S. Dollars) will be refunded to the potential Buyer..*****Once item(s) are ordered by any Associate of BATTLEBOY SURPLUS, there will be NO REFUNDS, to include Future credits to BUYER/CUSTOMER unless item does not arrive at any locations owned, leased or used by BATTLEBOY SURPLUS for any business transactions. In plain, simple English - If you request an item and any Associate of BATTLEBOY SURPLUS orders it, you are paying for it. Some items may require full payment when placing the order for items not currently in stock or items not normally stocked. I want to please ALL of my Customers, however, I must ask for a Deposit for some special services such as Research and Special orders. Some special services and orders will not require the deposit.
