you are unsatisfied with your transaction, or if we've made a mistake please
contact us
immediately and we will work with you as best we can to resolve the issue.
Should you have an issue you need to contact us within 3 days of receipt of your
item.
If for any reason
other than our mistake, you would like to return your item, you may do so
within 10 days of receipt. Returns will be subject to a 10-50% restocking fee
(depending on the item) and return postage is the responsibility of the
buyer. Shipping is non refundable. If an item is authorized for return it
must arrive within 10 days from receipt and in the same condition it was sent.
Item(s) must be sent back with any/all accessories, parts, pieces or original
packaging. Wholesale lots cannot be broken and must be returned as a lot.
Refunds will be made
as soon as the returned merchandise is received in the same complete condition
it was shipped. The original shipping costs are non refundable. Refunds will
