ALL BELTS are made to Order and SHIP directly from MANUFACTURER- 7-15 Days needed for Cutting, Sizing and Dying.

POLICY ON ALL ELEPHANT HIDE BELTS,- Per the Manufacturer and due to the cost of ELEPHANT HIDE and Manufacturing costs-any returns for any reason other than defects will be considered a "25% Value trade in" if the Belt is in NEW and UNWORN condition. The Value of the Trade-in can only be used to purchase another BELT in the same width and color- and only for ELEPHANT HIDE BELTS and will be subject to a 75 % RESTOCKING FEE. This means you will get a 25% discount on another ELEPHANT HIDE BELT. NO REFUNDS will be given. It is up to the Purchaser to pay shipping costs back to BATTLEBOY SURPLUS and the Purchaser will obviously have to pay for shipping of a new belt. In simple English- if you order a Belt and it does not fit you and for example paid $200.00 for the Belt, you pay to return in and can only use a $50.00 credit towards another Belt in the same width and color.

Belts that are not new cannot be returned unless defective and only after the return request is approved by both BATTLEBOY SURPLUS and the MANUFACTURER of the BELTS.
